Breathe In Breathe Out is dedicated
to awakening the horse spirit within each of us, promoting authentic
living, thriving relationships, and greater personal awareness. By
mirroring the “whispered wisdom” horses share so freely
with us, each of us has the potential to heal what is broken or not quite
right in our lives, offering gentle yet profound opportunities for
personal growth and exploration of newly revealed options.
Holli Lyons and her team of co-facilitators are committed to
expanding awareness of the emerging field of EFEL utilizing the Epona
Approach™: the revolutionary work of Linda and Kathleen. Linda’s books, The
Tao of Equus, Riding Between the Worlds, and The Way of the
Horse have touched the hearts and souls of many equestrians and
non-equestrians alike. Her books unfold the groundbreaking work that has
become the foundation of the Epona Approach ™. Linda Kohanov shares the importance of
this work:
While
horses provide a unique perspective on emotional fitness, intuition, and
authentic community building skills, their wisdom is to a great extent
universal…. Human beings have simply forgotten much of what horses can’t
help but remember….Now, more than ever, the non-predatory philosophy of
balance that horses embody may be essential to human survival.

With horses as our teachers and
our partners we explore:
¨ The
messages behind emotions – becoming emotional geniuses.
¨ Boundaries
- setting them & honoring them.
¨ Personal
power - finding it & wearing it well.
¨ Relationships
with ourselves, others, and nature.
¨ Communication
– verbal, non-verbal & intuitive.
¨ Awareness
– inner and outer; physical and energetic.
¨ Focus
– the wide view and the narrow view.
¨ Empowerment
